  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations empower the Secretary of State to pay to Jordanhill School, a company limited by guarantee and incorporated under the Companies Act 1985, non-recurrent grants in respect of capital expenditure and recurrent grants in respect of the maintenance of Jordanhill School, Glasgow, and prescribe the conditions for payment of these grants and requirements to be complied with upon such payment.",
