Article 2 Fees to be taken in the Enforcement of Judgments Office
In Part I of the Schedule to the Judgment Enforcement Fees Order (Northern Ireland) 1996f1 for the amount of–
(i)
£15.00, payable in respect of Fee No. 1, there shall be substituted the amount of £20.00;
(ii)
£120.00, payable in respect of Fee No. 3, there shall be substituted the amount of £125.00;
(iii)
£500.00, payable in respect of Fee No. 4, there shall be substituted the amount of £515.00; and
(iv)
£5.00, payable in respect of Fee No. 9, there shall be substituted the amount of £6.00.
