Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Judgment Enforcement Fees (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2017.

(2)

Articles 1 and 3 shall come into operation on 1st April 2017.

(3)

Article 2 shall come into operation immediately after the coming into operation of the Universal Credit Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2016^f1.

In this Order “the principal Order” means the Judgment Enforcement Fees Order (Northern Ireland) 1996 ^f2.
