# Judgments Enforcement (Northern Ireland) Order 1981, Article 117: Registration of pending actions, etc.


Pending actions (including cases stated)—
(a) affecting unregistered land, may be registered in the Registry of Deeds in accordance with section 3 of the Registration of Deeds Act (Northern Ireland) 1970 1970 c.25;
(b) affecting registered land, may be registered only in the Land Registry in accordance with the Land Registration Act (Northern Ireland) 1970 1970 c.18.
