  "text": "Any person who—\n(a) obstructs or impedes an enforcement officer in the performance of his duties; or\n(b) impersonates an enforcement officer;\nshall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to a fine not exceeding level 3 on the standard scale, or to both such imprisonment and such fine.",
