# Judgments Enforcement (Northern Ireland) Order 1981, Article 125: Effect of imprisonment under Article 107 or 115


Imprisonment under Article 107 or 115 shall not operate as a satisfaction or extinguishment of any debt, demand or cause of action, or deprive any person of any right to make an application under this Order, or, where he has so applied (whether before or after such imprisonment), affect the right of the Office to perform its functions under this Order in respect of the application.
