# Judgments Enforcement (Northern Ireland) Order 1981, Article 147: Amendments, transitional and saving provisions, etc., and repeals


Para.(1), with Schedule 2, effects amendments
(2) Without prejudice to sections 28 and 29 of the Interpretation Act (Northern Ireland) 1954 1954 c.33, the transitional and saving provisions, and the provisions for the construction of certain expressions, specified in Schedule 3 shall have effect for the purposes of this Order.
Para.(3), with Schedule 4, effects repeals
