# Judgments Enforcement (Northern Ireland) Order 1981, Article 64: Stop order on money standing to credit of pending proceeding


Where any money stands to the credit of any proceeding to which the debtor is a party in any court, the Office may pending the determination of that proceeding make a stop order under Article 62 prohibiting the payment of any such money to the debtor.
