# Judgments Enforcement (Northern Ireland) Order 1981, Article 71: Effect of payment by garnishee


Any payment made by or recovered from the garnishee under an attachment of debts order shall be a valid discharge to the garnishee as against the debtor in respect of the amount so paid or recovered.
