  "text": "(1) The Office shall have an official seal of which judicial notice shall be taken.\n(2) Any document purporting to be sealed with the seal shall be admissible in evidence.\n(3) Where a document purporting to be so sealed is a copy of another document, the copy shall be admissible in evidence in like manner as the original.",
