# Judicial Committee Act 1833, Section 9: Witnesses to be examined on Oath, and to be liable to Punishment for Perjury.

Every witness who shall be examined in pursuance of this Act shall give his or her evidence upon oath, . . . ,which . . . shall be administered by the said Judicial Committee and registrar, and by such other person or persons as His Majesty in Council or the said Judicial Committee shall appoint; . . .
