  "text": "JUDICIAL COMMITTEE\nMade 25th April 1978\nComing into Operation 17th May 1978\nAt the Court at Windsor Castle, the 25th day of April 1978\nPresent,\nThe Queen's Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHer Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by section 1(1) of the Judicial Committee Amendment Act 1895 and of all other powers enabling Her in that behalf, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—",
