  "heading": "Amendment of the Judicial Committee (Devolution Issues) Rules 1999",
  "text": "The Judicial Committee (Devolution Issues) Rules 1999 shall be amended as follows—\n(a) in rule 5.11(1)(a), before “refuse” insert “grant or”;\n(b) in rules 5.27(1) and (2), 5.41(2)(b)(ii) and 5.43(1)(b), delete “15” wherever it appears and insert “17”;\n(c) in rule 5.33, in paragraphs (1) and (2), delete “eight” wherever it appears and insert “ten”;\n(d) in rule 5.61, for paragraph (2) the following paragraph shall be substituted—\n“(2) The Registrar may direct that—\n(a) the payment of any fee shall be remitted on grounds of hardship;\n(b) the appropriate fee must be paid at the time a chargeable step is taken.”;\n(e) for the Table of Fees the Table set out in the Schedule to this Order shall be substituted.",
