  "text": "JUDICIAL COMMITTEE\nMade 11th April 2005\nComing into force 1st June 2005\nAt the Court at Windsor Castle, the 11th day of April 2005\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHer Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by section 103 of the Scotland Act 1998, paragraph 34(1)(c) of Schedule 8 to the Government of Wales Act 1998 and section 82(3)(c) of the Northern Ireland Act 1998 or otherwise in Her vested, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—",
