  "text": "This Order shall come into force as follows—\n(a) Parts II and III of the Schedule on 6th May 1999;\n(b) Part IV of the Schedule on the day appointed for the commencement of Parts II and III of the Northern Ireland Act 1998;\n(c) articles 2 and 3 and Parts I and V of the Schedule on the same dat as Parts II and III of the Schedule, or on the same day as art IV, whichever is the earlier;\n(d) save as aforesaid, on the day it is made.",
