# The Judicial Committee (Devolution Issues) Rules Order 1999, Paragraph 5.13: Petition for leave to present appeal out of time


Where an appeal is not lodged within the time allowed by these rules, a petition for leave to present an appeal out of time may be lodged. Such petition will be dealt with in accordance with rule 5.52.
