Paragraph 5.24 Respondent’s additional documents

Where the appellant declines to include in the appendix any documents which the respondent considers necessary for their argument of the appeal, the respondent shall prepare and reproduce them (at his own cost, subject to any subsequent order for costs).

The respondent’s additional documents shall be produced in the same form as, and paginated consecutively with, the appendix.
