# The Judicial Committee (Devolution Issues) Rules Order 1999, Paragraph 5.25: Scottish Record


Appellants in Scottish appeals should include in Part I of the appendix—
(a) in civil appeals the Record and Interlocutors; and
(b) in criminal appeals the indictment or complaint and Interlocutors.
