Paragraph 5.43 Lodgement of Cases
(1)
Each party must lodge the following number of copies of his Case—
(a)
where the reference is from a court, seven copies;
(b)
for other references, 15 copies.
(2)
Where the reference is by a court, the parties shall lodge their Cases with 28 days after the appendix has been lodged.
