  "text": "(1) The Council Office fees to be taken in proceedings to which these rules apply are set out in the Table below.\n(2) The Registrar may direct that the appropriate fee must be paid at the time a chargeable step is taken.\nTable of Fees\n£\n1 Lodging—\n(a) a petition for special leave to appeal\n75.00\n(b) a petition of appeal\n60.00\n(c) any other petition or motion\n45.00\n(d) a reference by a court\nnil\n(e) any other reference\n60.00\n2 Entering appearance—\n(a) in the case of a reference by a court\n50.00\n(b) in any other case\n20.00\n3 Lodging Case\n180.00\n4 Lodging affidavit\n15.00\n5 Committee Report on appeal or reference\n45.00\n6 Original Order of the Judicial Committee\n30.00\n7 Office Copy of Committee Order\n10.00\n8 Taxing fee\n5% of the sum allowed.",
