# The Judicial Committee (Devolution Issues) Rules Order 1999, Paragraph 5.61: Fees


(1) The Council Office fees to be taken in proceedings to which these rules apply are set out in the Table below.
(2) The Registrar may direct that the appropriate fee must be paid at the time a chargeable step is taken.
