  "text": "JUDICIAL COMMITTEE\nPROCEDURE\nMade 1st November 1989\nComing into force 1st January 1990\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 1st day of November 1989\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHer Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by section 24 of the Judicial Committee Act 1833 and section 1 of the Judicial Committee Act 1844 or otherwise in Her vested, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:",
