  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order introduces a revised scale of fees in respect of Appeals and other proceedings before the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council. In general, the fees, which were last fixed in 1981, are being increased by 50%, although more substantial increases are made to the fees for lodging a case or a petition for special leave to appeal. The range of fees has been rationalised, reducing the table from 24 to 18 items.",
