  "text": "JUDICIAL COMMITTEE\nPROCEDURE\nMade 19th December 1996\nComing into force 1st January 1997\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 19th day of December 1996\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHer Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by section 24 of the Judicial Committee Act 1833 and section 1 of the Judicial Committee Act 1844 or otherwise in Her vested, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:",
