  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order introduces a revised scale of fees in respect of Appeals and other proceedings before the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council. In general, the fees, which were last fixed in 1989, are being increased by 50%, although more substantial increases are made to the less expensive items to reflect the administrative costs involved.\nThe Order also revokes an earlier Order that is now spent.",
