Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by section 103(3)(a) of the Scotland Act 1998, paragraph 34(1)(a) of Schedule 8 to the Government of Wales Act 1998 and section 82(3)(a) of the Northern Ireland Act 1998 is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:–
