The Lord Chief Justice, in exercise of powers conferred under sections 115, 116, 117, 120 and 121 of the Constitutional Reform Act 2005f1, and under paragraph 14 of Schedule 3 to the Coroners and Justice Act 2009f2, and with the agreement of the Lord Chancellor, the Lord President of the Court of Session and the Lord Chief Justice of Northern Ireland, makes the following Regulations:
