# Judicial Factors Act 1849, Section 10: General nature of accountant’s duty;

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

The accountant shall superintend generally the conduct of all judicial factors , tutors and curators coming under the provisions of this Act already appointed or to be hereafter appointed, and shall see that they duly observe all rules and regulations affecting them for the time.
