# Judicial Factors Act 1849, Section 34A: Further provision as to discharge of factors, tutors and curators.

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

The Court may by act of sederunt make provision for the discharge of factors, tutors and curators by means other than the presentation of a petition under section 34 of this Act where the factory, tutory or curatory is terminated by reason of the coming to an end of the situation giving rise to it, or by reason of the exhaustion of the estate.
