  "text": "In all cases in which application shall be made to the lord ordinary or the court, by any factor, or other person having right to make the same, for special powers or for the extraordinary application of money or funds or property belonging to any estate, the lord ordinary or court shall order such intimation to be made as may be deemed proper.",
