  "text": "(1) The Scottish Ministers must issue guidance about the appointment of judicial factors on the estates of missing persons under section 1.\n(2) The Scottish Ministers may review and revise guidance issued under subsection (1).\n(3) The Scottish Ministers must, as soon as practicable after issuing—\n(a) guidance under subsection (1),\n(b) revised guidance under subsection (2),\npublish the guidance in such manner as they consider appropriate (which may include the guidance being published as part of another document).",
