# Judicial Pensions Act 1981, Paragraph 22


Neither section 23, nor any regulations under that section, shall apply, and except where section 24 applies (judicial office held by a woman) contributions towards the cost of any pension or pensions under section 19 or 22 of this Act shall be made in accordance with paragraph 23 below.
