# Judicial Pensions Act 1981, Section 29: Recommendation of a Minister required in certain cases.

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

The grant under this Part of this Act of a lump sum or widow's, widower's, surviving civil partner's or children’s pension conditional on eligibility for a pension requiring the recommendation to the Treasury or any Minister of the Crown shall require the like recommendation.
