# The Judicial Pensions (Additional Voluntary Contributions) (Amendment) Regulations 1996, Regulation 5


In regulation 2.12(2)—
(a) in the table in sub-paragraph (a), delete “for each year” in the second place where it appears; and
(b) in sub-paragraph (b), for “3(a)” substitute “(2)(a)”.
