# The Judicial Pensions (Additional Voluntary Contributions) (Amendment) Regulations 2000, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These Regulations make two amendments to the Judicial Pensions (Additional Voluntary Contributions) Regulations 1995 so as to:
(a) clarify regulation 2.9(2)(b);
(b) apply the determination of aggregated retirement benefit in regulation 2.12 to those members falling within the scope of regulation 2.2(1)(b).
