# The Judicial Pensions (Additional Voluntary Contributions) (Amendment) Regulations 2006, Regulation 17: Amendments to the 1995 Regulations


(1) Regulation 2.28 (Leaving the scheme) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (2)—
(a) for sub-paragraph (a) substitute—
“(a) to transfer the value of the member’s accrued benefits to a registered pension scheme;”, and
(b) sub-paragraph (d) is revoked.
(3) Paragraph (3) is revoked.
