# The Judicial Pensions (Additional Voluntary Contributions) (Amendment) Regulations 2006, Regulation 6: Amendments to the 1995 Regulations


(1) Regulation 2.1 (Interpretation and application) is amended as follows.
(2) The definition of “aggregated retirement benefit” is revoked.
(3) The definition of “final salary” is revoked.
