# The Judicial Pensions (Additional Voluntary Contributions) Regulations 1995, Regulation 2.13: Maximum benefits for members falling within regulation 2.2(1)(b)


Regulation 2.9 shall apply as if for sub paragraph (2)(b) there were substituted —
“(b) 4 times the annual rate of the member’s final salary..”
