# The Judicial Pensions (Additional Voluntary Contributions) Regulations 1995, Regulation 2.14: Increase to pensions in payment


The maximum amount of pension benefit ascertained under regulations 2.7 to 2.13 may be increased by up to 3% for each complete year, or in proportion to the increase in the Index which has occurred since payment of the pension commenced, if greater.
