Regulation 2.25 Benefits which may be provided

Benefits under this scheme shall be paid by the administrators in accordance with these regulations and shall only be payable —

(a)

at the date that the member’s pension under Part I of the 1993 Act or under an existing scheme comes into payment; or

(b)

in relation to a surviving spouse’s or children’s pension, the date at which those benefits become payable under Part I of the 1993 Act or under an existing scheme.
