# The Judicial Pensions (Additional Voluntary Contributions) Regulations 1995, Regulation 2.30: Surplus funds


Whenever the administrators are liable for any tax in respect of any payment made to any person under this Part, they shall deduct sums equal in total to such tax from any payments made to such person.
