# The Judicial Pensions (Additional Voluntary Contributions) Regulations 1995, Regulation 2.5: Retained benefits


The administrators may disclose any information obtained relating to retained benefits or retained death benefits to the bodies or persons mentioned in section 10(3)(c) of the Act.
