# The Judicial Pensions (Additional Voluntary Contributions) Regulations 1995, Regulation 3.2: Contributions under the 1988 Act


Nothing in these Regulations shall affect the duty of the FSAVC scheme provider to apply the limits on contributions in accordance with section 591 of the 1988 Act.
