Regulation 4.14 Monies

Benefits payable to members under the JAYS, the JASSPS or the JABS shall —

(a)

in respect of a member holding an office within Part I of Schedule 1 to the 1993 Act at the date of retirement be charged on and paid out of the Consolidated Fund; and

(b)

in respect of a member holding any other office at the date of retirement be paid out of money provided by Parliament.
