# The Judicial Pensions (Additional Voluntary Contributions) Regulations 2017, Regulation 18: Determination of questions

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(1) Any question arising under the AVC scheme is to be determined by the scheme manager.
(2) The scheme manager must, in consultation with the Judicial Pension Board, establish a procedure for the determination of disputes relating to AVC members or other persons with an interest in the AVC scheme.
(3) A procedure established under paragraph (2) must meet the requirements of section 50 (requirement for dispute resolution arrangements) of the Pensions Act 1995.
