In regulation 11C(2)(b) (elections available to members)—

(a)

omit “, if P has retired or died before this regulation came into force,”;

(b)

for “12”, in the second place that it occurs, substitute “48”;

(c)

after “the amendment day” insert— “, whichever is the later”.
