Regulation 6 Amendment of regulation 84

In regulation 84(6) (annual rate of surviving adult’s pensions payable on death of active member), in paragraph (b) of the definition of “Y”, at the end insert— “. Where this figure is 0, a value of 0.083 will be applied”.
