  "text": "Where regulation 13(3) applies, the deficit of contributions to be deducted from the lump sum otherwise payable to or in respect of the office holder shall be calculated in accordance with the formula (F×P)×3% where—\n(a) F is the difference (in years and fractions of a year) between his contributions liability period and his contributions payment period; and\n(b) P is his pensionable pay at the time he ceases to hold qualifying judicial office.",
