  "text": "PENSIONS\nMade 18th November 1996\nLaid before Parliament 19th November 1996\nComing into force 16th December 1996\nThe Lord Chancellor and, in relation to the judicial offices whose jurisdiction is exercised exclusively in Scotland, the Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 1(2), (3) and (4) of the Judicial Pensions and Retirement Act 1993, hereby make the following Regulations:",
