Regulation 3
Part II of the Judicial Pensions (Miscellaneous) Regulations 1995f1 shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of these Regulations, and in those provisions any reference to a regulation by number alone shall be construed as a reference to the regulation so numbered in the 1995 Regulations.
